Petsmart selling 'Blue Dumpy' and 'White's' tree frogs...aren't they the same!?

Arent blue dumpy tree frogs and white's tree frogs the same type of frog?

Blue Dumpy tree frogs are a color morph of the White's Tree frog. They have a nice blue hue to their skin while the ordinary White's are a nice shade of green that can be farely bright. They both are beautiful frogs but essentially are the same in appearance just not in color. Dumpy Tree Frog is another name for White's.

I heard that the blue dumpy's are usually the Australian whites, and the other ones are the Indonesian whites, but im not too sure, haha
