Hi to you all, I'm new the the frog world. Need some advice on if i can put yound amazon milk frogs at 1 1/2 inch in with my 3 inch amazon milk frog? Will the bigger one eat the smaller one's? Hope someone can help.
Any one out there who can HELP me as i'm going to look at some tomz
I am definitely not an expert but I think I would house the babies separately until they catch up to the bigger frog.
Thanks for the reply, I'm going to look at the frogs tomorrow night and if they look like they can fit in my big one's mouth. I will pass and wait till i can find some bigger one's
You are welcome and good luck!!
Any chance we can get some kind.of member-written care sheet on the amazon? They're a gorgeous specimen, but finding information on them is difficult and unreliable...
A care sheet would be a big help,. Are the amazon milk frogs new to the frog keeping world?
In general terms; frogs have big mouths and will try and eat anything they can fit in them Mike.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Just thought i'd show you my amazon.

beautiful specimen! I'm planning on getting one eventually. The folks at the pet boutique told me that caring for it is similar to caring for a White's but I have a feeling they are probably less tolerant of husbandry-blunders...
Once again, awesome frog ya got there bud.
