hole in the side of frog

hey guys. my fire belly toad has developed a small pinsize hole in the side of his body. i picked him up to look and some blood and a little bit of clearish liquid came out. he used to be kind of bloated up and i belive he had swallowed a rock and is about to pass it (i can feel it near his vent) anyway what could this be? i am really concenred. he also has eco earth which i just switched in, but he has strip of large stones (bigger than his head) near the water. i feed them crickets every 2 days but they have 50/50 water and land so they can escape the crickets if they want to. they most likely wont help but here are pics.

U should probably see a vet if u think he swallowed a stone, I've had one die on its own skin so a rock is deffo something to worry abt
I cover land gravel with moss, this avoids these problems

Oh and btw judging by the pointy butt, thin arms and smooth skin I think your toad is female
