New Strawberry Pacman!

Hey!
Well, for those of you who remember, about a month or two ago I bought a new pacman frog, who sadly died within a month. I went to ANOTHER store today, and just acquired a new strawberry pacman! I decided to take him bc he was already bigger than my previous one ever got, and moved more. Once I brought him home, I put him in the cocoa fiber, and tossed in some crickets! WOW!!! He is SO different than my last one! He hops, and jumps to his prey (as best he can), catches em, eats lots! He ate a bunch of crickets *right off the hop* (had to include the pun!) Prince Eric (my old frog) never ate that many in a MONTH I don't think!! sheesh! So, I need a kick *** name I was gonna name him Prince Fairy Winkle....cuz in my opinion all frogs need to be named prince something, and being pink....c'mon... it's a great name! LOL BUT, he's way too badass for it (could be a great reason to keep a silly name like that!) so... if you have any suggestions, please let me know! Otherwise, I'm going to include some Pics! He's WAY healthier! Eric didn't even "stand" as much as FW does! I have my Pacman frog book, which I've read to educate myself, I've decided to use cocoa fiber instead of the other moss I had, tho I may still throw some moss in just to give him his choice... I have a WAY better feeling about this frog already! In the past hour he's been more exciting than eric ever was!!

I'm also going to show a pic of his enclosure. The guy wasn't 100% sure about the lights on his eyes b/c he is PART albino... He has red eyes, so... I've got the light away from the cage, so it shines indirectly on half, and the other half will be natural light or dark (depending on daytime obviously) ... It shouldn't hurt his eyes eh? I could always just leave it off if it will still be too much. I'm gonna check my book to see if it has any suggestions.

Nice Strawberry. I would use Infrared bulbs with an Albino. They don't harm the frog's eyes. No more than 50 watts.

Looks like he needs a good Luke warm soak. I see a poop bump on his right side.

He looks great. I'd leave the moss out unless u want to deal with impaction..

Thanks! I'll do that. I like this stuff better n e way! He had JUST eaten like 5 crickets when I took that pics! I'm keeping an eye on him for poops... so far he's great!!
