I doubt you'd be able to find anything that low ordering online bc of shipping charges.
So far as feeder-sellers go, I like CNS for hornworms and supers. And ABDragons has the best prices for dubia.
I'm getting a shipment of crickets from LLLReptile on Tuesday if you'd like to know how they are. Their overnight shipping prices are included in the price for the crickets so you don't get surprised by crazy shipping costs.
For example, I almost bought 500 from one place for right over $10 ad shipping overnight to my area was nearly $40. From what I've gathered, that's what a lot of places do.

I'm in a similar situation as you are Dumpy. I have 3 whites and one baby beardie. I didn't realize how much those beardies can eat! His name is Dexter but I nicknamed him Hoover because not only does he suck down the crickets but then goes around the tank and eats up all the salad!

Anyway, I order from Ghanns. In fact I just ordered 1000 1/2 inch crickets this week. They last me a little over 2 weeks. They ship FedEx and I did 2nd day shipping and it was $28 and some change. That's about the same price I would pay for 200 crickets at Petco! They are packed very well and I have very little die off.

Thanks for the advice, just so you know, you can order from lllreptile ( 1000 crickets 1 day premium shipping ) for the exact same price!!! I am not sure if they are unhealthier, but it might be something to look at.

That's good to know. There was a time when I didn't realize how short of crickets I was and the pet store was out and I had to overnight, it was $26 for just shipping! The crickets at Ghann's are the same type of crickets the Petco has only they have these LONNNNG antenna's. It's kinda creepy but it gives you a way to pick them up LOL! Dexter is always walking around with one stuck out the side of his mouth!

I have the same problem as you. anyway, rainbow mealworms is a little bit cheaper. 500 crickets just need around $10(not including shipping), it might meed your demand.

i go to my local pet store and the crickets aren't a bad price because I only have 1 frog and he eats 3 large crickets a week. So I can get 3 dozen and they will last him about 2-3 months.
