Calcium & Multivitamin Question

I've been hearing a lot about needing Calcium and Multivitamins for Pacman frogs.
I have some Calcium with Vitamin D3...but no Multivitamins.
Is the Calcium I have enough? Is it the wrong kind of Calcium? Where do I find Multivitamins? What are they called?

Calcium with vitamin D3 is good and should be used every other feeding, except on the day of the multivitamin. There are several brands. Which brand do you use?

There are a few good mvi's...most commonly used are Repashy and Herptivite. Repashy has its own instructions, I believe it is used more than weekly, though I am not positive, as I have not used it. I could check for you if you'd like. Herptivite is used one day a week.

go to a store that sell reptile supplies and ask for reptile multivitamins, any would do. usually they have like 5 different kinds.
