I have some African bullfrogs tadpole, I didn't known what food did I feed.
Does anyone known?
Im not 100% sure if this will work on bullfrogs but I have this Zoomed pellet food and it says its for all aquatic frogs and all tadpoles. I raised some tadpoles to frogs with it then released them.
Pyxicephalus adspersus tadpoles are omnivorous so they eat both plant and animal matter.
They'll feed on small insects, other tadpoles, and possibly boiled lettace. You might also be able to offer them the aquatic frog food pellets that Truffs posted a picture of if available where you are. Live Blackworms might be something good to offer.
I offer freeze bloodworm and shrimp food, they are not interest, so I'm confused.
Hello and welcome to FF Kenlee! What is your location? Tadpoles should eat and grow on most vegetarian based fish foods high in Spirulina or tadpole food previously mentioned. Flake type food or smaller pellets that fit in mouth should be good. If you can find live or frozen Daphnia, blackworms, etc. can try with those too. Stay away from using saltwater organisms like shrimp as staple (including brine shrimp). Can you please post pics of them, thank you!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
thanks every suggestion, I try it. If they are successfully growing, I will be post the picutre, thank you.

I'm in Asia, tadpoles are captive-bred.
ever get an albino african bullfrog tadpole?
if you do, how much money would you sell it for?
Hi there
Please can you post a picture of the tadpoles with something to compare the size to (lighter, ruler, pen etc). Reason for the request is I often come across tadpoles in the field in South Africa and I am never really sure if they are Pixie tadpoles or our common toad species's tadpoles. If you can supply me with a picture of them that would be extremely appreciated.
Darryn
I've gotta see this to believe it. Sorry, I call B.S.

Thanks for sharing photo; tadpole looks healthy! Are they eating well for you now?
To all posting and commenting about an "albino tadpole." The OP has never stated in thread he had one; read his posts! This thread is about feeding African Bullfrog tads from a captive breeding
.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Thank you for posting that.
