    Default Field Picture of unknown Toad Payne's Prairie, Gainesville Florida

    I spotted this toad stalking insects by a rock pile near Payne's Prairie in Gainesville Florida this summer. It was 94 degrees out 10 minutes after a heavy rain and at about 1800. Any suggestion as to what type of toad he is?

    Not a Toad expert; but it looks like an Eastern American Toad - Bufo americanus !
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​

    Definetly, they wer my first amphibian pet when i was younger, theyr identical to ur pictures jfw
