When I came by a few minutes ago to check the humidity I caught Fergie inverting his stomach... Needless to say I'm a bit worried.
He didn't throw anything up and I've been watching him since but he seems to be acting normal now.
He last pooped on Monday and ate a night crawler last night.
Temps, humidity, and well everything are right on the recommendations.

That is not good news; if frog can't get it's stomach back in, it will die fast. Did he threw up anything?
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
No, he didn't throw anything up and the stomach went right back in. The whole process took maybe 15 seconds

They dont always prolapse their stomach when they vomit. Otherwise any that would vomit would almost certainly die as Carlos said, but they do turn their stomach inside out in order to force ingested items out. This is almost certainly caused by parasitic Nematodes or Protozoa. He will need to be dewormed and treated for protozoa. Your best bet is a Vet so you can aquire a drug called Ivermectin which kills any parasitic nematode. You will also need Metronidazole(Flagyl) to treat for Protazoa and secondary bacterial infections.
Thanks guys. I'll find an exotic vet and take him in.

Just an update; as usual Grif was spot on with his web diagnosis!
Don't know where my little guy picked up the parasites but the vet confirmed he had them and prescribed metronidazole and panacur.
Fergie is usually an easygoing frog when it comes to being handled but he did not like that vet lol. As soon as she reached for him he started screaming his little head off... I guess the stress of the trip and a stranger reaching for him was just too overwhelming.
The vet was awesome though, I'm glad I found her. She was super excited to see a Pacman. And while my wallet didn't enjoy the trip I'm glad to have some peace of mind.
