Can i use this water conditioner?

So I am just in the middle of cleaning my pacmans enclosure and noticed I may run out of Reptisafe and now don't know what to do to expand the coco fibre. Here is my question, In front of me I have API turtle water conditioner that says removes chlorine a chloramines. then in the corner in a green box it says also for newts and and aquatic frogs. This is what the back says, removes chlorine, chloramines and detoxifies heavy metals to make tap water safe. Or I have Betta fish water conditioner. So do you think I should continue cleaning or should I stop before I pull all the substrate and wait till I can get Reptisafe? I can get it tomorrow its just not possible this evening.

Essentially, both similar products accomplishing same purpose. I don't personally see any reason you couldn't use.

Thanks for the response, I will eventually get the reptisafe I just didn't want to have to stop after doing the plants and stuff. That would have been frustrating.
