I know this is kind of a silly question since I already own one, but are amazon milk frogs poisonous in captivity? And how harmful is their poison?
Most of the care articles I have been reading say they secrete white liquid when they are threatened/agitated. But do not say if this is for both captive and wild frogs or just wild ones.
thanks.
I beleive both wild caught and captive bred Amazon milks produce toxins. As to the toxicity of the frog I can't give you an answer.
thank you
