Rice Flour Beetles..

Hi, I just ordered Whites and they look awesome! I also ordered some springtails with them just in case they were too small to eat an average cricket. It looks like that was a smart move so far because they are a LOT more tiny than I expected. Unfortunately, it looks like there was a screw up with the order and I got rice flour beetles. I have NO idea how to culture or take care of them but they look like the right size for my frogs. I only found a few articles online and they confused me..

So any help on how to culture them would be greatly appreciated!
